About the position
The Sales Coordinator is a crucial position in our sales team, essential for bringing on board a significant number of restaurants and stores for the Bolt Food platform. The position centers on clients who have shown interest in joining, while also encompassing proactive outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that align well with the platform, making this entry-level sales position perfect for new sales professionals.
Daily tasks consist of managing a substantial volume of leads, assessing clients who have already registered, and reaching out to prospects requiring additional motivation to activate their listings. You will also support the larger sales team by assisting with administrative duties and projects, promoting overall team success. This is a role in phone sales. Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail and assurance in reaching out to clients to generate enthusiasm for joining Bolt Food.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Assess, remove duplicates, and rank new leads according to defined criteria to enhance the sales workflow.
- Collaboration: Cooperate closely with teams such as Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and colleagues throughout the Baltics.
- Phone Sales: Manage the entire sales process for incoming leads, and execute focused outbound outreach to SMB prospects by making initial contact, presenting persuasive sales pitches, and finalizing contract signings.
- Onboarding: Guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and conduct activation calls to launch new restaurants.
- Administrative tasks: Effectively collect all required information and documents from partners, guaranteeing a smooth transition to active operations.
- CRM upkeep (Salesforce): Log, refresh, and verify all daily tasks carried out in the CRM to ensure all pertinent information remains current.
About You:
- Proficiency in the English language, in both spoken and written aspects, is crucial.
- Self-assured, energetic, and excel in discussions. Confident in engaging with others, inquiring, and advancing conversations. Excellent communication abilities and an innate talent for relating to individuals are essential.
- Well-organized, dependable, and value accuracy in details. Can handle various tasks simultaneously without overlooking anything, guaranteeing that everything is accounted for and operates seamlessly.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial, but not mandatory, for this position.
