Job Summary
We seek an outstanding Customer Support Operations Agent to become part of our rapidly expanding Support team that operates within our ride-hailing and food delivery sectors. This role is located in our office in Accra, Ghana.

About the position
In the role of a Customer Support Operations Agent, you will be part of a lively and dynamic team. You will have the setting and chances to assist us in enhancing our processes, making them more efficient, while also delivering the best customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary duties and obligations:
- Assisting Bolt’s users and enabling them to maximize their experience with our applications.
- Utilizing Bolt’s recommended methods along with your own judgment.
- Aiding in the enhancement of our systems and frameworks, collaborating with counterparts in other Bolt markets.
- Contributing to the development of an outstanding customer experience for our Ride-hailing and Delivery clients.
Required Qualification and Experience
You are proficient in English, in both written and verbal forms.
- You possess a diligent and optimistic mindset.
- You pay close attention to details.
- You are open to working both daytime and evening shifts.
- You are open to working (certain) weekends
