POSITION: Institution Manager- Pharmaceutical Sales
Position Overview
What do you join in:
In your role as Institution Manager, you will oversee the institute’s business alongside the Medical team by generating demand for SHGL brands in Southern Ghana, actively promoting the company’s products through various promotional and marketing strategies.
Essential outputs:
- Oversee the institution’s operations in your designated area with a team of Medical Sales Representatives.
- Accountable for generating prescriptions through consistent meetings with key opinion leaders and designated prescribers
- Make certain that the team executes Marketing initiatives efficiently and successfully.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team, Key Accounts, and customers to execute medico-marketing and promotional initiatives such as CMEs, Medical Camps, and RTMs.
- Guarantee SHGL involvement in professional forums to increase visibility and presence in the designated region.
- Organize consistent training for your teams on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
- Address inquiries from organizations and internal stakeholders, escalate complicated queries, engage with key opinion leaders to foster relationships and comprehend needs, perform quarterly feedback assessments from your clients and team members, and present the results to SHGL management.
- Make sure you and your team members submit the reports weekly and at month-end according to the specified reporting format.
- Wisely oversee operating costs (transportation, A&P, travel) while maintaining sustainable efficiency.
- Implement a tracking system to verify adherence to the sales strategy regarding volume, pricing, and value targets for the product.
Key Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:
- Undergraduate degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
- 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector
