Position Overview and Main Areas of Accountability:
The Finance Analyst will report to the department manager and will be tasked with auditing and approving PCards reconciliations in accordance with corporate standards, sending reminders to card users about missing documentation, and collaborating with the PCARD administrator on card suspensions.
- Timely receiving, sorting, coding for VAT, and scanning AP invoices into the AP ERP system according to corporate policies and procedures.
- Preparing to scan received employee T&E claims, digitizing them, and transmitting the data to Accenture.
- Obtaining and forwarding any collection letters to AP.
- Respond to incoming calls from both internal and external sources.
- Storing the files obtained post-scanning.
- Collaborate with all parties involved concerning the details of received and scanned documents.
- Formulation of the matrix data regarding the amounts of documents received and scanned.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Fundamental understanding of invoicing—what the invoice should appear like, what components it includes.
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in English facilitates both written and verbal communication; a fundamental understanding of an additional foreign language will be beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities
