POSITION: Nestlé Graduate Trainee Programme
Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering).
Minimum required work experience: At least 2 years of professional experience.

The Nestlé Graduate Trainee Programme is a professional development initiative aimed at cultivating future leaders. This program provides potential candidates with a distinctive chance to receive training, mentorship, and coaching in both operational and leadership abilities, improving their professional growth and future employment opportunities.
Your duties will consist of:
- Assist and manage designated initiatives connected to the Graduate Trainee program
- Complete required and designated training courses
- Collaborate and cooperate with managers to execute assigned projects.
- Help with different projects by offering analytical assistance.
- Create reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders (if relevant), guaranteeing clarity and precision.
- Collaborate with various departments to obtain a comprehensive view of the organization and assist in cross-departmental projects.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to improve abilities and understanding pertinent to their positions and the sector.
