POSITION: Coordinator Customer Service

Position Summary: 

To achieve the KPI and Quality objectives established by the Country, with particular emphasis on the HL Strategy 2030. Tasked with coordinating, analyzing, and executing Customer Service processes, requirements, and productivity to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing assistance, information, and support to clients.

Main Duties

  • MTD printing, payment retrieval, and MTD distribution
  • Aiding in the collection of debts
  • Printing, verifying, and issuing Bills of Lading while updating FIS with released OBL and telex directives.
  • Address all customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for cheque banking and pending invoices, and provide assistance with debtor collections.
  • Checking in with customs regarding auction paperwork and state officials.
  • To support the following QSC functions as necessary.
  • Oversight/action regarding unprocessed containers
  • Send the manifest to all pertinent authorities. Handle customs modifications for clients.
  • Offer clients shipping information.
  • Interact with the customer regarding exception management for shipments.
  • Manage export concerns with State Authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Commerce
  • Comprehension of key processes related to Customer Service.
  • Hands-on understanding of HL e-biz
  • Organized and effective work method
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Skills in resolving conflicts and being assertive
  • Strong understanding of HL systems (particularly FIS, Compass, QV) or quick learning capability.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Collaborative individual
