POSITION: Card Fraud Monitoring Officer

Deliver effective administrative assistance that encompasses reporting and updating all pertinent data while implementing distinct fraud management actions and interventions linked to specific fraud management sub-functions of the fraud value chain to reduce the effects of reported and verified fraud incidents on customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Tasked with overseeing card transactions to detect fraud and suspicious activity/trends.
- Actively identify and prevent fraudulent card transactions.
- Detect and mark unauthorized card usage.
- Tasked with suggesting new regulations and evaluating current ones to management in order to prevent card fraud.
- Establish sanctioned guidelines in the card management system.
- Supervise and assess data and reports on patterns, anomalies, and irregularities to inform decision-making.
- Documenting and/or overseeing fraudulent cases in internal and external databases.
- Make certain that tasks are performed correctly and on schedule.
- Help decrease operational losses by delivering effective fraud oversight.
- Oversee personal growth to enhance individual skills and abilities.
- Provide outstanding service that surpasses expectations by utilizing proactive, creative, and suitable solutions.
- Suggest enhancements to internal procedures that affect service quality and delivery within the scope of responsibility.
- Verify that your product knowledge and the guidance you provide are technically correct, and gather feedback to enhance your performance.
- Build connections with pertinent individuals and departments (ERM) to meet work expectations.
- Carry out personal tasks aligned with the company’s values and ethical guidelines.
