POSITION: Design to Delivery Coordinator
- Minimum educational requirement: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Food Processing or Food Science and Technology (a Master’s degree is preferable).
- Minimum relevant work experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, particularly in printing, branding, and agency roles.

Nestlé is seeking a Design to Delivery E2E Coordinator at our Nestlé Business Services office to assist Marketing teams in overseeing the complete process of packaging-related visual communications, which includes label details for print and/or e-Commerce applications related to Innovation, Renovation, or Regular project(s) for one or multiple assigned Brand(s) or Business(es). Aids in the smooth, efficient, and perfect implementation of the Design to Delivery (D2D) process integrated into I2L.
Other duties you will have are:
- Manages the complete project oversight of Design to Delivery initiatives for the Marketing Leader of designated Brand(s)/Zone/Market(s), covering all activities in the Workflow (e.g., project kickoff, team member/agency assignment, reference/input selection, template/saved records integration, scheduling, etc.
- Facilitates seamless interaction among Brand Teams, the designated Agency Partner(s), and/or IMS Design Services Teams to synchronize and uphold anticipated deliverables and timelines
- Coordinates the gathering and distribution of necessary references, inputs, and crucial information through the Design to Delivery Workflow to all relevant parties to guarantee that work output aims for Right First Time.
- Oversees the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record for designated Brand(s) or Business(es), collaborating with all roles/individuals tasked with supplying information or resources needed for the Design to Delivery project’s success. For extensive projects, could be assisted by Design to Delivery Label Info Coordinator(s).
- Aids in the ongoing enhancement of the Design to Delivery Workflow and the Label Info tool system by engaging in the Design to Delivery Champions community and participating in training on new features.
- Raises any instructions or briefs that conflict with established brand guidelines to the Brand Design Lead and/or Brand Team.
- Tasked with overseeing and upkeeping all pertinent Delivery to Design and Label Info templates to facilitate the implementation of Delivery to Design Projects for designated Brand(s) or Business(es).
What Factors Will Lead to Your Success?
- At least 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house setting overseeing the graphic workflow of packaging design and/or artwork projects from concept to print-ready files.
- Preferably, experience in overseeing the entire packaging project process to CGI development, which involves gathering label information.
- Exhibits strong skills in visual, written, and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of print production, printing processes, and color management is a valuable asset.
- Knowledge of digital file types for packaging design and master artwork files along with associated assets.
- Outstanding Stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in project management
- Capacity to adjust to change and eagerness to acquire knowledge
