We are looking for an HR Manager.
Employment Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager to manage hiring, workforce development, performance assessment, and employee relations.
Main Duties
- Set high standards and lead by example
- Manage hiring, choosing, and maintaining staff
- Oversee training, growth, and performance evaluation
- Oversee attendance and staff relations
- Guarantee adherence to employment regulations
- Create HR strategies and policies to foster a supportive workplace
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related discipline
- 2 to 3 years of applicable work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- The capability to manage delicate matters with tact and professionalism
