POSITION: Support Engineer
About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are looking for a skilled and committed Support Engineer to become part of our team. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for delivering data-informed solutions to customer-reported problems in accordance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements. The position requires detecting, isolating, and fixing issues, in addition to striving for network stability. As you gain experience, you’ll manage more operational and technical challenges for particular customers, solutions, or areas.
What you will perform:
- Manage inquiries and facilitate the resolution of client problems across the CS portfolio.
- Engage in on-site activities, especially when remote access is inadequate.
- Assist in addressing emergencies by identifying faults and restoring customer networks and solutions.
- Assist in problem management by recognizing and classifying major operational or business-affecting issues.
- Manage administrative, operational, and technical matters concerning the client’s agreements and installed equipment.
- Engage in Security Reviews as the main liaison for clients and authority on security issues.
