POSITION: Debt Recovery Officers
Job Description
- Reports directly to: Chief Executive Officer
- Responsible for: Case Officers
- Location: Head Office, Nsawam
- Working Hours: 0800hrs – 1700hrs (Monday through Friday). As an employee, your working days and hours could be adjusted or extended based on the needs of the work

We primarily aim to help individuals and businesses recover their hard-earned funds from their debtors.
Rosik Consults Limited focuses on creating credit policy manuals, sales contracts, evaluations of credit risk assessments, credit agencies, exposure management, and frameworks for managing credit reporting.
We possess knowledge in accounting, corporate governance, credit control, finance, marketing, human resources, management consulting, customer support, systems enhancement, inventory management, and taxation.
Position Summary
We seek trustworthy debt recovery managers to reach out to debtors and collect overdue debts owed to their creditors. You will need to collect the owed funds in the shortest time possible.
Duties
- Monitor designated accounts to recognize unpaid balances.
- Devise a strategy to collect overdue payments.
- Find and reach out to debtors to check on their payment status.
- Discuss repayment timelines or installment options.
- Address inquiries or grievances. Examine and address inconsistencies.
- Establish trust with debtors when feasible to prevent potential problems later.
- Regularly update the database and account status.
- Notify superiors of debtors who are either unwilling or unable to fulfill payments when required.
- Adhere to obligations when litigation cannot be avoided.
Required Skills or Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a debt collection manager.
- Proficient in handling objectives and strict time constraints.
- Awareness of applicable legal obligations.
- Familiarity with MS Office and database systems.
- Outstanding communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
- Capacity to be courteous and empathetic while maintaining self-assurance.
- Preferably a holder of a degree or HND.
