POSITION: Import/Export Clearing Officer

Duties
- Assist with logistics and administration for materials importation (air and sea), including duty exemption applications and customs documentation.
- Aid in organizing all export forwarding procedures via Ghana customs, Government Regulatory Agencies at the port, GPHA, and other terminal operator gate opening and gate closing processes for exports.
- Help in organizing the monitoring and tracking of all shipments/vessels at transit ports, as well as on inland waterways and at airports.
- Weekly and monthly shipping preparations, along with Logistics and Administrative reports using Excel databases.
- Guarantees the use of economical logistics to facilitate prompt customs clearance and inland transport services.
- Any other tasks.
Required Skills or Experience
- Candidates are required to possess a minimum of two years of experience in the Clearing/Import/Shipping sector.
