POSITION: Credit Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess the creditworthiness of prospective clients.
- Keep comprehensive records of business loans.
- Authorize or decline customer loan applications.
- Determine and establish loan interest rates.
- Discuss financing conditions with prospective clients.
- Track customers’ loan repayments.
- Assess and revise the organization’s credit policy as needed.
- Develop a credit evaluation model to analyze risks.
- Additionally, other responsibilities might be designated.

- Capacity to perform under stress
- Outstanding analytical abilities

- Should be reliable
- Strong interpersonal abilities

- Excellent abilities in both written and oral communication
- Comprehension of loans and borrowing processes
- Demonstrated history of success as a Credit Manager at a microloans firm.
- Six years of experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Having a Master’s Degree is a significant benefit.
- Being a member of a professional organization is an advantage.
