POSITION: Midwifery Lecturers

Job Description

Wisconsin International University College, Ghana, is seeking applications from eligible individuals for the listed role in the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

Duties

  • Support the professional academic, research, and scholarly standing of midwifery within the School of Nursing, Midwifery, and Healthcare
  • Engage in and provide midwifery education before and after registration
  • Uphold and assist the ongoing high quality in education
  • Assist in the education, evaluation, and learning process of students.
  • Assume the responsibilities of a Personal Tutor, overseeing student development and academic performance.
  • Engage in broader university events related to the programs and their management.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Individuals with a Registered Midwifery Certificate and License issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Midwifery
  • A Master’s Degree in Philosophy in Midwifery or any Nursing field
  • Outstanding communication and
  • speaking abilities
  • Collaborative efforts
  • A capability to take initiative and work independently.
