Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate farm laborers and seasonal H-2A workers
Oversee planting, irrigation, fertilizing, harvesting, packing, and transport operations
Organize daily work schedules, equipment, and material assignments
Train staff on quality control, safety procedures, and equipment use
Operate and maintain tractors, irrigation systems, and farm machinery
Monitor crop quality, field conditions, and harvest yields
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
Maintain accurate production, inspection, and shipping records

Requirements

2–4 years of supervisory experience in an agricultural environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor conditions

Farm equipment operation experience (tractor/forklift certification preferred)
