Senior Tax Associate Needed at Lima Ghana
We’re searching for a young experienced tax consultant, preferably Chartered Institute of Taxation qualified with 2-4 years relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Ensuring clients comply with IRS regulations and meet their state and federal tax obligations.
- Secondly, Analyzing and minimizing tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies.
- Thirdly, Reviewing financial records, income statements, and expenditures.
- Moreover, Preparing and filing tax returns and work papers for companies, partnerships, and individuals.
- Additionally, Researching tax issues and assisting with tax audits.
- Furthermore, Consulting with clients, reviewing their tax information, and responding to questions and concerns.
- Afterwards, Advising clients on employee health care benefits, compensation, and accounting systems.
- Finally, Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
Requirements:
- Degree in taxation or accounting required.
- CPA certification may be required.
- 1+ years of tax preparation experience.
- Experience using tax preparation software and applications
Package
- Annual Gross Compensation: GHC78,552- GHC83,835;
- Daily Meals, Life Insurance, Medicals;
- Guaranteed 13th month salary;
- Performance Bonus;
- $41,000 worth LLM or MLST with the Univeristy of San Francisco funded by firm upon confirmation, subject to meeting entry requirements.
