A reputable institution is seeking to recruit a Supervisor Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Firstly, Addressing and resolving residents’ concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Secondly, Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Thirdly, Ensuring the compound is cleaned, and well lighted and all fittings and fixtures are in good working condition.
- Moreover, Ensuring that all water supply systems and wastewater systems are inspected and well maintained
- Additionally, Organising and supervising external and internal workers and their various duties.
- Then, Take stock of all items delivered for stocking in the storeroom
- Also, Submit formally a written report on any major incidence.
- Finally, Distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of an HND / Degree in Real Estate or Land Economy preferred.
- Then, Previous experience in property management or real estate.
- Also, Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Moreover, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Most importantly, Strong organizational skills
- In addition, Time management skills including the ability to meet deadlines
- Afterwards, Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Last but not least, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related tools
- Lastly, Basic bookkeeping skills
