POSITION: Smart Life Insurance Advisors
Job Description
- Firstly, Responsible for effectively marketing, promoting and selling insurance products.
- Secondly, Assisting Sales Manager to achieve the sales objectives of the team
- Thirdly, Very effective prospecting resulting to grand sales close. Handle complaints and explain policy conditions to clients
- Moreover, Attending team meetings
- Additionally, Aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets
- Finally, Organize sales visits, maintain accurate records and reviewing of sales performance
Required Skills or Experience
- First of all, WASSCE/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Then, Must be 22 years and above.
- Also, Past experience in sales will be an advantage
- In addition, DEGREE/HND/DBS
- Afterwards, Must be confident, possess customer relationship skills, good communicaton skills and have the desire and passion to succeed
- Last but not least, Excellent interpersonal skills
- Lastly, Commercial awareness
