Donewell Insurance Ltd has a vacancy for the following positions: SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
Prospecting for business and maximising the clientele base in the Ashanti Region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Firstly, Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Then, Develop a matrix to measure the performance of implemented initiatives and produce a monthly report on production figures
- Also, Identify and recruit sales executives in areas the company does not have a presence
- Moreover, Responsible for training of new sales executives. 5. Direct and coordinate all sales activities
- Additionally, Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures.
- Finally, Prospect, identify and conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations to network and achieve branch targets. 8. Call regularly on customers to foster good relations and create more avenues for cross-selling

Skills and Specifications
- Excellent verbal communication negotiation and writing skills
- A good team player and result-oriented person
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong coordinating and analytical skills
- Lastly, Working knowledge in ICT
Education and Qualification
- To begin with, Minimum qualification of a First Degree
- Also, A Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) will be an added advantage
- And, A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in sales.
