About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Busy Bees, you will play a vital role in shaping children’s early education experiences. Your primary focus will be to create a fun, learning-rich environment that promotes exploration and discovery.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging, play-based educational programs that foster a love for learning.
Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance community ties.

Job Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education recognized by ACECQA.
Current Blue Card valid for paid employment.
First Aid Certificate, including training for asthma and anaphylaxis.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
Excellent observational, documentation, and planning abilities.
Confident communication skills in team settings.
Dedication to creating respectful and inclusive learning spaces.

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

Previous experience in early childhood education environments.
Familiarity with Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
Interest in pursuing further training and development opportunities.
Comfort using digital tools for documentation and communication with parents.
