Positions Available

We are recruiting for the following roles:

Twi Language Teacher: You will teach Twi as a first or second language, developing students’ speaking, reading, and writing proficiency.
Creative Art Teacher: You will lead lessons in drawing, painting, design, and creative expression, nurturing students’ artistic talents.
BDT / Career Technology Teacher: You will introduce students to basic design and technology concepts, preparing them for practical problem solving.
Class Teachers – Lower Primary: You will manage a lower primary classroom, teaching core subjects and supporting foundational literacy and numeracy.
Head of Primary Department: You will lead the primary section, supervising teachers, coordinating curriculum, and ensuring academic quality.

Lesson Delivery

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
Using a variety of teaching methods to reach different learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management

You will maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and ready to learn.
Implementing effective behavior management strategies that reinforce school rules.

Assessment & Progress Tracking

You will assess student work regularly, providing constructive feedback and tracking progress against learning goals.
Communicating student progress to parents through reports and conferences.

School Participation

You will participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support school wide initiatives.

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications & Experience

A good first degree in the relevant discipline (Twi, Art, BDT, Career Technology, Primary Education, or Educational Leadership).
A professional teaching qualification gives you an advantage.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience is preferred.
