2023/2024 University of Minnesota Global Excellence Scholarships (USA)

Minnesota State University Scholarships for Global Excellence in the USA: Obtain a Global Excellence Scholarship at the University of Minnesota in the United States. Freshmen and transfer students from outside the United States who wish to enroll in the university’s degree program are eligible for this scholarship. Awards are selective and determined by academic achievement.

Award recipients consistently rank among the top students in their class and have a high level of academic readiness. International freshmen are eligible for scholarships worth up to $50,000, $15,000, or $10,000 for the 2022–23 school year.

Scholarship Information

When attending the university for the Fall semester, transfer students may earn up to three years of funding at the rate of $10,000 per year. According to the availability of funding, transfer students starting in the Spring semester will be given consideration for scholarships.

Eligibility Requirements

How-to-Apply:

Students are evaluated overall based on their timely entrance application; no additional scholarship application is necessary. All foreign transfer and freshmen applicants who submit their documents by the deadlines will be automatically considered for a Global Excellence Scholarship.
