POSITION: Sales & Marketing Executives
Objective of the Role
Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a frontrunner in the sale and servicing of commercial vehicles in Ghana, seeks to employ Sales & Marketing Executives who will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies and plans for our brands. In your role as a successful hire, you will assist in recognizing marketing trends and opportunities for expansion. The perfect applicants must have a strong enthusiasm for the “craft” of sales and marketing, possess a wealth of ideas for developing effective strategies, and be prepared to operate in a results-oriented environment to enhance sales outcomes.
Duties and Functions
Greet and assist customers who walk in.
- Present an array of Zonda vehicles (including pickups, SUVs, light trucks, heavy trucks, etc.) to prospective customers and clarify the features, pricing, and financing opportunities associated with these vehicles.
- Pursue leads, help finalize transactions, and organize vehicle delivery for customers.
- Collaborating with the Marketing and post-sales team to guarantee Customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners to develop marketing strategies.
- Marketing the company’s offerings (heavy-duty trucks, light-duty vehicles, SUVs, and machinery).
- Assist in recognizing marketing trends and significant chances for innovation.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and pay attention to their needs and issues.
- Create and present suitable demonstrations of products and services.
- Generate regular assessments and summaries containing sales and financial information.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Collect insights from clients or potential clients and communicate with internal teams and others.
Education, Experience and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing and related subjects.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive/Marketer in the automotive sector is preferred.
- Outstanding communication abilities. Attractive looks and social abilities.
- Capacity to function in a goal-oriented setting.
- Analytical abilities to predict and recognize patterns and obstacles.
