A video on the internet depicts a sad but heartbreaking account of a well-built police officer slapping a suspected thief after arrest.
The police officer is seen seated while the suspected thief sat on the floor in front of him. He then went on to give the thief double slaps with nonstop agility.
It is unclear the origin of the video since the police badge on his shirt looked unfamiliar.
However, many have reacted to the video with strong reservations.
Many believe the impunity and brutal display of wickedness by the police needed to be stopped and the officer who carried out the act was brought to book.
