PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
MAIN PURPOSE (ROLE)
- Responsible for operating the Tipper Truck and other heavy equipment in a safe, appropriate, and efficient way according to all available procedures. Heavy equipment may include trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, compactors, and other mobile equipment.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA’S (RESPONSIBILITIES)
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
- Ability to Clean, maintain and secure all equipment as scheduled and/or required.
- Ability to Perform daily/routine safety and maintenance checks, and should practice workplace safety.
- Ability to advise the Project Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5 and above years of related experience
- Ability to operate mobile and heavy equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- Ability to read and write English to keep daily records
- Time management skills
- Must work independently
- Maintain a schedule of work
- The Tipper Truck Driver is required to have a Minimum Class “D” DVLA Driving Licence.
