ROLE: Chef and Cook
Job Description:
Plan, Prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
- Secondly, Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
- Thirdly, Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Moreover, Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Also, Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Additionally, Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Then, Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Furthermore, Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
- Last but not least, Keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Finally, Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Must have a minimum of SSSCE or WASSCE certificate
- 2 years’ experience working in similar position.
- Must be good at making Burgers, Wraps, Pastries, Breakfast Dishes etc.
Salary: Upon Interview
