Job Title: Shopify Store Developer, Manager & Product Image Designer

The Opportunity

We are hiring a full-time, in-office professional to serve as both our Shopify Store Developer/Manager and Product Image Designer. This unique dual-role requires a candidate who is equally adept at technical store development and creative visual design. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Shopify store while producing high-quality product imagery that drives engagement and sales. The ideal candidate is a hybrid technologist-creative aged 25-35, with at least three years of direct, hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will own the complete lifecycle of our Shopify store, from backend infrastructure to front-end customer experience. Your core duties will include:

Shopify Development & Management:

Develop, customize, and manage our Shopify store end-to-end, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Customize themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create unique, brand-aligned storefronts.
Manage all backend operations: products, collections, inventory, payments, shipping, and tax settings.
Integrate and optimize third-party apps and tools to extend store functionality.
Implement SEO best practices and optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness.

Creative Design & Visual Merchandising:

Design and edit all product images, banners, and featured graphics for the store.
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized to maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with on-site teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of proven experience developing and managing live Shopify stores.
Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
A solid understanding of e-commerce UX/UI principles and visual merchandising.
The ability to work full-time from our office requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

Experience with Shopify Plus.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and analytics tools.
Basic photography or professional image retouching skills.
Experience managing international or multi-currency stores.

Mandatory Portfolio Requirement

Your application must include a portfolio showcasing:

Shopify stores you have developed or managed (live links are preferred).
Samples of product images or e-commerce designs you have created.
A brief description of your specific role and contributions for each project
