Duties of Systems Analyst Jobs in the UK:

  • Supervise the maintenance and advancement of the ICT systems and software used to administer the Health Board’s Out of Hours service and the WAST/111 service.

  • Establish Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational personnel to simplify the presentation of instructional information that will aid in service delivery.
