The Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarship and Leadership Programme is an exceptional opportunity for students from transition and emerging economies in Africa, Asia and South America to study for a graduate degree at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
The scholarship is managed by the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust and is for academically brilliant students who show leadership potential and a strong commitment to improving public life in their native nations, regions or internationally.
Successful scholars will receive 100% of university and college costs, plus a living-cost award of at least £19,237. The award is valid for the duration of the agreed graduate programme, in accordance with the terms of the scholarship.

Requirements for the Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarship and Leadership Programme
- Applicants must intend to start a new full-time postgraduate course at the University of Oxford to be eligible.
- Applicants must also aim to return to their country of ordinary residence after completing their course.
