The Sciences Po Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2027 is an amazing opportunity for eligible students from Africa to study at Sciences Po. Sciences Po is one of the main institutions in France for social sciences, public affairs, and international studies.

Requirements for France Sciences Po Mastercard Foundation Scholarship

1. Citizenship requirements

• Applicants must be nationals of an African country. Official eligibility restrictions further exclude applicants who have dual citizenship, including citizenship of a country beyond the African continent.

2. Undergraduate degree

• Applicants must hold or be completing a bachelor’s degree from a university featured on one of the approved lists of institutions of Sciences Po.
• A relevant degree certificate, transcript or other evidence will be required from the candidates.

3. Age requirement

• Applicants must be under the age of 35 years as of 1 September in the year their scholarship application is submitted. Applicants to the 2027 intake are advised to refer to the official guidance to confirm how the rule applies to their submission.

4. No previous master’s degree

• Candidates must not have a master’s degree or be currently working toward completing one.

5. First-time application
