Requirements for Purdue University SURF Program

• Applicants must be full-time undergraduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Secondly, the fellowship is open to students who have not previously participated in the Purdue SURF programme.
• Third, applicants must have completed at least one academic semester or quarter by the time they submit the SURF application.
• In addition, applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate programme for at least one academic semester or quarter after the end of the summer research fellowship.
• Applicants must also have at least a 2.8 cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale or equivalent at the time of application.
• Finally, applicants should be able to demonstrate that they can participate in most of the programme’s activities during the 11-week research period.
