POSITION: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing to enhance our online growth and improve brand visibility. The perfect candidate will possess demonstrated skills in creating and implementing digital campaigns across various channels, along with the creative talent to produce captivating visual materials. Experience in e-commerce marketing is strongly preferred, while having graphic design skills is a notable benefit.
Main Duties
- Design, implement, and enhance digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate, and email marketing.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies to enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain uniform messaging and brand consistency.
- Utilize expertise in online shopping platforms, customer engagement through the web, and digital sales processes.
Content and Creative Design
- Assist product marketing strategies with captivating content and innovative design.
- Develop captivating material for websites, social platforms, email marketing, and product promotion.
- Maintain uniformity in brand identity across all online platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline.
- 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, PPC platforms, and tools for social media advertising.
- Excellent skills in both spoken and written communication.
- Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is a plus.
- Capacity to function autonomously and cooperatively in a fast-paced setting.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with digital partnerships and affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing is desirable.
