Job Duties

  • Lead root-cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues and reduce recurring support tickets.
  • Design and implement scalable IT solutions in collaboration with security and DevOps teams.
  • Manage and optimise Microsoft systems, including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
  • Deliver IT projects such as onboarding automation, compliance policies, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor system health and device compliance while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
  • Automate repetitive processes to improve service efficiency and operational performance.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least five years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, and cloud-based environments.
  • Exhibit solid knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
  • Show a proactive mindset with a strong focus on root-cause analysis and process automation.
