Eligibility Requirements

• Both Chinese citizens and people from other countries are welcome to apply.
• A candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or a comparable professional qualification.
• A candidate must be between the ages of 18 and 28.
• A candidate must provide proof of their English language proficiency.
• At no point do we request an application fee
• Absence of IELTS

IELTS is not required for the Schwarzman Scholars Program if you are from an English-speaking nation or a native English speaker.

OR if you have successfully finished a previous degree from an English-medium institution or if you spent at least two years of your academic program taking classes in English as your primary language of instruction. IELTS is not necessary then.
