POSITION: Sales Manager, Retail Banking

SUMMARY

Sales Manager explains new products, assists with account openings provides advice, cross-sell products, and responds to complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with their banking needs.
  • Providing advice and suggestions.
  • Opening and closing savings and checking accounts.
  • Cross-selling financial services and products.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Escalating issues to the bank manager, when necessary.
  • Performing basic office and clerical duties.
  • Reporting to the banking manager.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary

QUALIFICATION 
  • A first degree
  • A graduate degree is an advantage
  • Upwards of three years experience in relationship management in SME BSDI
