POSITION: Professional Learning Manager

Key Responsibilities

As the Professional Learning Manager, you will lead the design and execution of professional learning frameworks and instructional models. You will ensure that every partnership, every program, and every deployment rests on a foundation of strong pedagogy. You will work hand in hand with the Partnerships Manager and Partner Success Manager to guarantee that our academic credibility matches our ambition.

Your day to day impact will include:

Owning the Academic Vision: You will serve as the ultimate academic authority. You will define and maintain our professional learning philosophy, ensuring instructional quality and rigor across all programs. You will become our go to expert in pedagogy and teacher development.
Designing World Class Programs: You will lead the creation and adaptation of professional learning programs for teachers, school leaders, and education partners. You will ensure every program aligns with national curricula and global education standards.
Ensuring Curriculum Integrity: You will review all instructional content and assessment approaches, validating them against international best practices. You will guide localization efforts to make sure our programs resonate in diverse education systems.
Empowering Educators: You will design teacher development pathways that drive real instructional improvement. You will support training of trainers models and establish quality assurance processes to monitor success.
Driving Cross Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager to provide academic input for proposals. You will also collaborate with the Partner Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for our partners.
Leading Continuous Improvement: You will define success metrics for instructional quality and teacher engagement. You will support evaluation and feedback loops to constantly refine our programs. Additionally, you will contribute to research and thought leadership that strengthens our academic credibility.

Qualification and Experience

We need a strategic thinker who can translate a big picture academic vision into scalable, practical implementation. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic, for profit education technology environment.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Advanced Education: A Master’s degree in Education is required. A PhD is strongly preferred.
Deep Experience: You have 15 or more years in education with deep expertise in program design, curriculum development, and teacher professional learning.
Senior Leadership Background: You have held senior leadership positions within education systems, NGOs, academic institutions, or large scale education programs.
Proven Alignment Skills: You have a demonstrated history of aligning programs to national curricula and international education standards.
Teacher Development Expertise: You possess a strong background in teacher development, instructional coaching, and adult learning theory.
Contextual Awareness: You have experience working across diverse education contexts, including low resource or emerging market environments.
Exceptional Communication: You can engage credibly with senior education stakeholders and articulate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
Strategic Mindset: You are a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between vision and execution.
Technical Readiness: You have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
Willingness to Travel: You are ready to travel locally for trainings, partner engagements, and site visits.
