REGIONAL MANAGER VOLTA /BONO REGIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize Bible distribution/sales, Bible Week and other relevant sales programmes in the Region and surrounding towns.
- Conduct periodic surveys to identify areas of opportunity and potential growth of the Society’s work in the region.
- Enroll Christians into membership of The Society and promote the formation of the Bible-a-Month Club in Churches and workplaces.
- Map out strategies and organize programmes /events for fundraising and promote The Society in the Region in consultation with the Regional Operations Manager Identify, compile and maintain a database of church leaders, youth leaders, non-denominational Christian Ministries/Youth Organizations and their leaders.
- Cash and stock custodial responsibility and enforcement of compliance with rules and regulations (Operational Guidelines, Accountable Imprest, Bible Distribution, Stock Management etc.
COMPETENCIES
- A University degree in relevant discipline. Should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar field.
- Must have integrity – being truthful and reliable.
- Ability to plan and organize events successfully and efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and fluent in one or more local languages.
- Adept with Microsoft Office Suite and software (Tally, DTS, Retail Pro).
- Must have basic research and information sourcing skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and under minimal supervision.
- Must have driving skills with a valid driver’s license (at least 3 years of driving experience.
