The student will learn to understand and apply the law as a management tool.
Students will further develop their competencies in the areas of planning, strategy and organization, corporate secretary, corporate governance and commercial transactions.
The student will develop the knowledge, understanding, technical and analytical skills in Business and Law.

Good first degree at least 2 casa lower) in administration management, or law of a non work experience in business degree plus some work experience in administration or business or equivalent
Applicants with a professional qualification in Accounting Finance, Marketing Insurance Investment, Human Resource Management or equivalent leg. ACCA, CIMA etc) may be considered for admission

Any international qualification equivalent to a degrow in the area of business shall be referred to GTEC for determination of equivalence.
