Job description
As a virtual receptionist/legal intake specialist for our virtual call center, we need someone who is friendly, confident, tech-savvy, a good problem-solver, and focused on customer service. We can train you to be a legal receptionist or intake person if you are resourceful and learn quickly. No legal experience required! US and Canadian legal firms use our boutique virtual receptionist service. Our clients trust us to represent their legal company. Law businesses invest a lot in Back Office Betties to give their callers a world-class customer service experience, thus we must always be the best. That stated, the Legal Intake Specialist is our most crucial position! Our Legal Intake Specialists give extensive call-handling guidelines, schedule appointments, answer FAQs, take messages, and transfer calls to provide excellent customer service.
An 8-hour Legal Intake Specialist receives 90–120 calls. Fast-paced! Daily calls are usually consecutive. You represent 60+ law firms daily. Calls are unique. You could be replying to a criminal attorney with a new client one moment. Opposing counsel may call next. Confidence matters! Calls are unpredictable. Betties in our team chat support you throughout the day. You’ll fit in if you’re a GIF master!
Principles:

Requirements:

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) (English and Spanish) REQUIRED
- Monday-Friday, 5am-1:30pm and 8:30am-5pm PST.
- Phone or customer service preferable.
- Quiet home office (background noise such as pets or children may lead to termination)
- 75+ MBPS internet (Fast.com). CenturyLink is blacklisted for network unreliability.
- Ethernet wired. WiFi is unsafe and unreliable.
