Quality Control Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the assurance process
- Inspects and approves incoming fruits from the field, in-process production, and the finished products and communicating required adjustments to meet quality specification
- Cooperates with government and international auditing/certification agencies to meet acceptable production standards
- Maintains documentation for the purpose of auditing by the third party
- Ensures a safe and hygienic work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree / HND in Laboratory Technology, manufacturing engineering, biochemistry, food science
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and quality control standards
- In-depth understanding of chemical composition, structure, and properties of different substances and their interaction
- Well skilled in quality processes, computer, and statistical techniques
