Graphic Communications Group Ltd. is looking for versatile, creative, analytical dynamic and results-oriented individuals for the following positions:
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- Plan and design newspaper pages in accordance with house style, rules on layout and
typography - Scan, retouch and crop pictures into computer systems suitable for publication in the newspapers
- Typeset stories, reports, articles etc and effect changes where necessary before publication of the newspapers
- Merge and refine news sheets
- Download text and images from CDs, pendrives and the internet for publication in the newspapers
- Design advertisements and other promotional material for the Sales & Marketing department.
- Flexible attitude to working arrangements

- Assist in the maintenance of a database of suppliers and feedback to supervisor on
quality, price, etc. so that database can be amended/updated by management as appropriate. - Assist in the receipt and response to requests for goods and services from the various departments
- Assist in bank transactions
- Assist with customs activities and other authorities on imported goods
- Liaise with transport function to ensure that goods are delivered and dispatched on time.
- Assist with the review of requisition requests t o ensure that the specifications are detailed enough to allow accurate completion of orders as specified.
