POSITION: Senior Sales Manager
Position Overview
Oversees a small to medium-sized group of advisors to cultivate, preserve, and utilize relationships with potential and current clients to generate and control demand for financial products and services.
Duties
Sales
- Offer straightforward products and services directly to consumers while adhering to established procedures. Might also include offering back-office assistance to a sales team.
Planning and Distribution of Tasks
- Create a personal monthly plan and, if needed, delegate tasks to others to enhance office efficiency and ensure important duties are completed.
Management of Sales Incentives
- Create and execute various sales incentive initiatives, offering support to others regarding their implementation.
Recruitment
- Provide assistance to recruiters by engaging in tasks such as creating and revising job descriptions and specifications, as well as evaluating candidates’ résumés and applications.
Oversight/Administration of Tasks
- Oversee and track the tasks of a team to guarantee that processes and protocols are effectively applied and that the team is meeting established goals and benchmarks.
Product Training
Assist in developing product training for particular technical domains by adhering to existing guidelines and procedures; conduct small training sessions (or segments of larger training initiatives) for specific topics utilizing prepped materials while operating under the guidance of more experienced colleagues.
Operational Compliance
