Oxford is 10 minutes away and Rangiora is 25 minutes away from West Eyreton. This 400-effective-hectare farm raises 160 replacement heifer calves, milk 650–700 cows with a 60-bale rotary, and has 180 bull calves in its beef system.

To Candidate

We are looking for a team player with a good mindset who can add to our highly motivated team. Ag ITO promotes personal growth and development, and it pushes all team members to advance their skills. Together with your positive outlook, you will possess:

  • While not necessary, prior experience with livestock would be beneficial.
  • Also, a strong dedication to animal care, health, and safety, along with in-depth knowledge of New Zealand’s modern dairy farming practices.
  • Similarly, while not necessary, prior experience with Farm IQ, Milk Hub, or another FMS is desired.
  • Above all, have a restricted or full New Zealand driver’s license.
