Main Duties
- Interact with fans and followers for content creators through online messaging platforms, guaranteeing a positive and tailored experience.
- Spot chances to promote premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive deals in a seamless, customer-oriented way.
- Quickly answer questions, address problems, and deliver precise information regarding products and services.
- Keep thorough documentation of discussions and dealings in CRM systems.
- Work together with team members to enhance chat tactics and exchange effective techniques.
- Maintain the utmost levels of professionalism and confidentiality consistently.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, sales, or chat management, ideally in the BPO industry.

Remuneration
