POSITION: Senior IT Manager
Job Purpose
The Senior IT Manager will offer strategic and technical direction to oversee the planning, execution, and administration of secure, scalable, and innovative IT solutions across various sectors of LMI Digital. This position guarantees the efficient functioning of infrastructure, enterprise systems (such as Sage ERP), cybersecurity measures, and digital transformation projects, all while guiding a top-tier IT team. The Manager will synchronize technology with business objectives to improve operational efficiency, facilitate growth, and uphold a robust compliance and security stance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Guidance & Strategy
- Formulate and implement a proactive IT strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Deliver extensive technical supervision on infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud settings, and enterprise software applications.
IT Team Management
- Guide, mentor, and develop a top-performing IT team that includes specialists in systems, networks, support, cybersecurity, and applications.
- Nurture an environment of cooperation, responsibility, ongoing education, and creativity.
Management of Enterprise Infrastructure
- Manage hybrid cloud and on-premises setups (Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware).
- Guarantee the constant availability, scalability, and efficiency of essential systems and networks around the clock.
Business Software & ERP
- Oversee the administration, assistance, and enhancement of enterprise systems, such as Sage ERP.
- Connect essential business applications across various industries, including EMRs, financial technology platforms, and public digital systems.
Cybersecurity & Risk Control
- Create, apply, and uphold cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response strategies.
- Guarantee adherence to regulations for ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and data privacy legislation.
Management and Transformation of Projects
- Organize and oversee strategic IT initiatives—cloud transitions, digital workplace solutions, data center enhancements, etc.
- Utilize organized frameworks (Agile, PMP, ITIL) to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Supplier & Interested Party Collaboration
- Handle connections with technology providers, managed service providers, and internal organizational leaders.
- Make sure that SLAs, contract compliance, and value provision are consistently achieved.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8+ years of advancing IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a management position.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading a technical team and overseeing complete IT operations.
Deep Knowledge in:
- Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, VPNs, VLANs)
- Cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- System management (Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux)
- ERP and business systems: Sage (essential), other systems are beneficial
- Security: Firewalls, SIEM, endpoint defense, disaster recovery planning
- Scripting/automation: Bash, PowerShell
- Certifications strongly desired: PMP, ITIL v4, Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP, CISSP
