Position Objective:
This role involves meeting with physicians to promote specific products, share product information, and communicate company messages to meet monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all applicable Sales protocols to ensure that tasks are performed in a regulated and uniform way.
- Oversees the daily activities associated with their role in the Sales department to maintain work consistency.
- Regularly visits physicians in private clinics or hospitals to promote specific products, share product details, and communicate company messages to meet monthly sales goals.
- Gathers precise and timely fundamental sales data and inputs it into the CRM system daily for review by the Field Sales Supervisor.
- Engages and interacts with sales representatives and the direct manager every day to meet sales objectives.
- Gathers essential information about all the organization’s products and/or services to assist in boosting sales.
- Adheres to all pertinent safety, quality, health, and environmental protocols and codes of conduct to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
