POSITION: Junior Accounts Officer

Description of Role
This is a full-time, in-person position for a Junior Accounts Officer based in Accra. The Junior Accounts Officer will be tasked with creating financial statements, examining financial data, and maintaining precise financial records. Moreover, the position entails delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring transparent communication with clients and colleagues.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the recording and processing of daily financial transactions.
- Regularly carry out tasks related to reconciling bank accounts.
- Create and uphold precise financial reports and statements.
- Assist the accounting team with preparing for audits and managing related processes.
- Guarantee adherence to financial policies, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee tasks related to accounts payable and receivable effectively.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting tasks.
Requirements
- Expertise in crafting Financial Statements and Finance
- Robust Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Exceptional Customer Support and Communication Abilities
- Capability to work on location in Accra
- Experience in comparable positions within the finance sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline
