POSITION: Telesales Executive

  • Location: Accra, Kumasi & Sunyani
  • Compensation: Fundamental wage along with commission

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to be part of our sales team. The selected individual will be tasked with making cold calls and securing sales via phone. The perfect candidate must possess outstanding communication abilities, a cheerful demeanor, and a documented history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Duties

  • Find prospective clients by utilizing cold calling and various sales strategies.
  • Establish and nurture robust connections with clients to guarantee their return.
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals every month.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care and assistance to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product insights.
  • Work together with team members to reach collective sales objectives.
  • Contacting current and prospective clients to convince them to buy the company’s products and services.
  • Precisely documenting the specifics of customers’ purchase requests.
  • Handling all customer transactions appropriately.
  • Creating potential opportunities for the external sales team to chase.
  • Overseeing customer accounts to guarantee that current customers are pleased with the company’s products and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong connections with clients to promote ongoing patronage.
  • Employing sales scripts provided by the company to boost sales and address customer objections.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of customer goods and services to provide appropriate suggestions aligned with clients’ requirements and tastes.
  • Consistently achieving or surpassing daily and monthly goals related to call volume and sales.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Outstanding communication and social abilities.
  • Capacity to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Robust negotiation and finalization abilities
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them efficiently.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.

Education

  • Tertiary: Personnel of National Service
