- Position Title: Executive Vehicle Driver – SUVs/7-8 Passenger Vehicles
- Accountable To: Company Director / Management
Objective of the role:
To deliver secure, respectful, and punctual transportation services for senior leadership and visitors, while maintaining elevated standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and vehicle upkeep.
Main Duties:
- Transport company leaders in luxury vehicles such as SUVs (e.g., Nissan Patrol, Toyota Land Cruiser) and cars that accommodate 7 to 8 passengers.
- Always uphold a professional look and behaviour.
- Perform daily inspections of the vehicle (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, cleanliness, etc.).
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized, both inside and outside.
- Adhere to paths, timetables, and traffic regulations rigorously.
- Maintain a record of journeys, fuel usage, and upkeep.
- Handle small mechanical problems and promptly inform about significant issues.
- Always guarantee the safety of passengers.
- Uphold complete confidentiality and discretion concerning executive transitions.
- Be open to flexible work hours, including weekends or late shifts, as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: At least 5–8 years of driving experience in a professional capacity, with a focus on VIP or executive transportation.
- License: A valid Ghanaian driving license that has no violations.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Greater Accra routes, particularly Tema and Accra.
Abilities:
- Courteous and well-presented.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively.
- Timely and dependable.
- Techniques for defensive driving.
- Capability to manage stressful driving situations with composure.
- Preferred: Applicants residing close to Community 10 – Tema.
- Extra: Conducting background checks and verifying references will be required.
