POSITION: Operations Manager

Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Creating and executing operational policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective functioning.
- Enhancing systems, procedures, and optimal methods.
- Overseeing daily activities while making sure that organizational procedures adhere to legal regulations and standards.
- Upholding and implementing health and safety regulations.
- Assessing the effectiveness and output of staff and groups, offering guidance, education, and constructive criticism to enhance performance.
- Overseeing budgets, predicting outcomes, and distributing resources to support business and strategic objectives.
- Collaborating across departments to guarantee that all operations are in line with organizational goals.
- Building and nurturing positive connections with suppliers and vendors.
- Bargaining contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal pricing.
- Conducting quality assurance checks to guarantee that the company’s services fulfill customer requirements and tracking production KPIs and metrics.
- Creating methods to enhance the standard of customer service and boost customer satisfaction.
- Examining data and trends to recognize chances for enhancing processes and reducing expenses.
- Ensuring effective supply chain management practices, including inventory control, manufacturing processes, sales strategies, and supplier sourcing.
- Enhancing procedures and systems to reduce costs and time.
- Supervising the procedure to maintain quality, encompassing planning and quality assurance.
- Managing staffing strategies and overseeing the training of new hires.
- Providing information on efficiency in operations and quality benchmarks.
- Leveraging effective communication abilities to cultivate an environment of creativity and efficiency in the workplace.
- Staying current with trends and best practices in the industry.
- Integrating new technologies, operating systems, and business procedures as needed.
- Upkeep service operations to guarantee sustainability throughout business activities.
- Developing and overseeing programs for conflict resolution and directing conflict management strategies.
Required Skills or Experience
Skills
- Master’s degree in property management
- A certification in project management is an advantage.
- Fundamental knowledge in real estate
- Role in leadership within the main sector or as an aide
- Deep comprehension of the principles and techniques employed to market, exhibit, and sell goods and services.
- The capability to think both innovatively and strategically.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication abilities.
- Outstanding people skills and customer service abilities.
